(Video from 2’20) Riot police entered shopping malls in Tsuen Wan and Tseung Kwun O to arrest people including a doctor working in local public hospitals.
(Video from 1’20 to 1’37) In Tsuen Wan, when riot police were getting into an Emergency Unit vehicle, an umbrella and a brick were thrown from the footbridge by someone. Without verbal warnings or displaying any warning flags, police fired tear gas canisters to the crowd immediately. While one of the police was getting into the vehicle, they fired one more tear gas canister and left the scene right after.

過份使用武力，未依足程序開槍、催淚彈：防暴警察在影片20秒至48秒射出催淚彈，在鏡頭中，未見示威者的出現攻擊警方或衝擊警方防線的行為，可是警方沒有停止使用武力，還在短短28秒內起碼射出十發催淚彈，涉嫌違反《公安條例》第17條中，表明警務人員在阻止公眾聚集舉行，或停止或解散公眾聚集時，只可以使用「合理所需的武力」。而過份武力對待被拘捕人士，在沒有合理辨解下，亦可能違反《侵害人身罪條例》各條。
