香港舞台技術及設計人員協會（HKATTS，[hey_cats] ）於一九八九年成立，是一個關注劇場藝術、設計及技術的非牟利專業團體。成員多為職業劇場工作者，旨在促進劇場科藝及舞台設計專業發展及開拓世界劇場文化與技術交流。
自一九九三年起，香港舞台技術及設計人員協會正式成為國際舞台美術家劇場建築師暨劇場技術組織 “Organization Internationale des Scénographes, Techniciens et Artchitectes de Théâtre” (OISTAT) 香港地區代表。
本會自成立以來，義務籌辦多項有關香港舞台及設計行業的活動，致力增加社會大眾對舞台技術及設計的認識、促進業內人士的交流、提昇專業水平、以及擔當香港舞台技術及設計工作者與國際劇場的溝通橋樑。
The Hong Kong Association of Theatre Technicians & Scenographers (HKATTS, [hey_cats]) was founded in 1989 by a group of enthusiastic theatre practitioners. It is a professional organization, registered as a non-profit company, which aims to promote theatre technology and scenography in Hong Kong, facilitate communication and cooperation within the theatre industry, raise professional standards, and foster exchanges between local and overseas theatre professionals.
Since 1993, HKATTS officially became the Hong Kong Centre of “Organization Internationale des Scénographes, Techniciens et Artchitectes de Théâtre” (OISTAT).
