香港市民支援愛國民主運動聯合會（簡稱「支聯會」、「港支聯」）於1989年5月21日的百萬人大遊行中成立，支援中國的愛國民主運動。五大綱領「釋放民運人士、平反八九民運、追究屠城責任、結束一黨專政、建設民主中國」，爭取民主、自由、人權和法治早日在中國實現。

2014年4月26日，支聯會成立中國第一所永久「六四紀念館」，保存歷史，傳承真相，呼喚良知，平反「六四」，推動對中國民主前景的反思。但願不久的將來，民主女神像重返天安門，「六四紀念館」能在北京永久建立。

2020年，面對疫情及港區《國安法》，支聯會面臨更大挑戰，幸於8月眾籌成功，開展籌辧網絡「六四記憶．人權博物館」，期望2021年8月正式推出。

The Hong Kong Alliance in Support of Patriotic Democratic Movements of China (the “Alliance“) was established on May 21st 1989 with the purpose of supporting patriotic democratic movements in China. It is a large grassroots pro-democracy advocacy group in Hong Kong.

The Alliance has five operational goals: Release the dissidents, Rehabilitate the 1989 pro-democracy movement, Demand accountability of the June 4th massacre, End one-party dictatorship, Build a democratic China.
