一男子站在天橋上拍攝期間，遭布袋彈(或橡膠子彈)射向大腿，幸好褲袋的電話擋了彈才免於受傷。當時該男子並無攻擊或威脅警察，可見警方開槍前，並沒有按照指引。這涉嫌違反《公安條例》第17條中，表明警務人員在阻止公眾聚集舉行，或停止或解散公眾聚集時，只可以使用「合理所需的武力」。

從片段中可見，該少女被制服於地上後，其中一名防暴警員就如失控般阻止任何人上前了解，期間有市民不斷哀求警員不要太過重手，而當被按於地上的少女在疑似呼吸困難及驚恐過度的情況下，希望拉著其中一名防暴警員之腳部求救，該警員不單沒有理會，並且一腳踏於少女的手上，少女當場慘叫。在此以後，有救護員嘗試靠近幫少女處理手部傷勢，卻遭警員阻止，警員更一度將少女押返警處。
