當記者在香港島中環拍攝一群防暴警察，雖然沒有記者在該路段沒有擋路,但防暴警察仍向記者大喊和要求他們不擋路。 並在沒有口頭警告或警告標誌的情況下，直接向近距離的一名記者噴了胡椒粉。
