10 月 7 號晚上在新界馬鞍山新港城中心，在無搜查令下多名防暴警察暴力闖入，保安員嘗試阻擋但失敗，最後防暴警察衝入商場範圍並拘捕最少一個人。
備註: 警方於十月九日拘捕年齡介乎 28 至 62 歲的三男兩女，涉嫌「阻礙辦公」，案件由沙田警區重案組第二隊跟進，五人獲准保釋候查。
